GE Shaw & Associates (ACT) Pty Ltd Residential Division was established in 2008, to build on the company’s long established reputation as one of the region’s most accomplished commercial builders.
To better serve our customers the Residential Division is now trading as Shaw Living.
Shaw Living has already proven its capability to undertake prominent residential projects, having been selected on various Government Building panels such as Land Development Agency OwnPlace, Defence Housing Australia and the ACT Department of Disability Housing and Community Services.
The management staff of Shaw Living has over 22 years experience in the Territory’s residential construction industry. We have built hundreds of quality houses in the Canberra and surrounding districts and are now backed by one of the most highly regarded Construction Companies in the region. We are also backed by a contracts and financial team which ensures the smooth running of the essential administrative matters behind the on site tasks.

All land from the OwnPlace program that has been allocated to Builders on the OwnPlace Builders Panel - including G.E. Shaw & Associates - has been sold to eligible purchasers.
